For many Queer Muslims, faith and identity can feel as though they exist in conflict. Azfar shares his own experience of struggling to reconcile being Queer and Muslim, and the questions this raised about his relationship with Islam and whether both parts of himself could coexist.
Rather than moving away from Islam, Azfar began learning more. He read more widely.
