Intersectionality training and interactive knowledge quiz for the LGBTQIA+ employee group.
Chemours
Chemours aimed to expand the activities of their LGBTQIA+ working group and sought to host a Pride event for 2024. Having successfully completed previous internal events, they wanted to bring in a professional for specialised training. Fighting Fear provided an insightful session on intersectionality and the queer community, which was widely celebrated within the organisation.
The session featured an interactive quiz to test existing knowledge and reinforce what was learned. We received very positive feedback, and we are excited about potential future collaborations with Chemours.
